The systems that protect farmers, breeders, packers, processors and the rest of the agents involved in the value chain of protected quality food products are not designed for marketing through digital media. This makes the level of intrusion and counterfeiting is increasing considerably in recent years. DOPCHAIN aims to achieve an effective solution, which allows the entities behind the national products with PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) to establish new defense mechanisms that help protect fraud in this type of products, establishing a digital traceability system easy to use for both the end customer and for the different actors in the value chain of the product.
