CTIC Foundation develops programs and projects aimed to facilitate Information and Communication Technologies incorporation to small and medium enterprises (particularly, to micro-enterprises and self-employed).

• Preparation of situation study reports regarding ICT incorporation to small and medium enterprises.
• Development of Information Society dissemination plans.
• Design of economic aid plans (public grants) bringing together and involving all agents (administration, ICT sector providers, business associations, etc.).
• Development of didactic and dissemination materials.
• Development of ICT training plans. 
• ICT skills certification.
• Top-level technological assessment and consultancy. 
• Programs, materials and studies for specific target groups (Self-employed and micro-enterprises) and specific sectors.
