CTIC provided consulting services for the development of Uruguay's Accessibility Observatory, the drafting of policies and models for the development of state portals, and advice on portal quality, for the Agency for Electronic Government and the Information and Knowledge Society (AGESIC).

The project was structured around the following areas:

  • Accessibility Observatory: development of the web accessibility monitoring tool in Uruguay.
  • Portal policies and models: drafting of policies and models for the development of state portals.
  • Portal quality: advice and consulting on the quality of state portals.

CTIC carried out the project for Fiduner Zone, S.A., on behalf of AGESIC.
