Agenda Digital Quito 2022: Quito 2022 Digital Agenda, a socially innovative digital city

The project responded to Quito's need for its own digital roadmap, aligned with its Metropolitan Development Plan and with the standardized indicators for digital and smart cities.

The project's objectives were:

• Adapt Quito's Metropolitan Development Plan into a specific digital agenda.
• Analyze the digital agendas of other reference municipalities.
• Review the standardized indicators for digital cities, smart cities, and ICT penetration and adoption that Quito had to meet.

The Agenda was developed starting from the diagnosis of the Metropolitan Development Plan itself and from a compilation of practices and projects already carried out in the district.
