The program was structured around two complementary lines of action: public awareness-raising activities and individual support for companies.
- 17 public activities: workshops and working sessions open to the participation of SMEs and business associations on improving innovation processes, attended by more than 700 people.
- Individual support for 37 SMEs: consulting and personalized support delivered over several weeks according to an established itinerary.
The individual support made it possible to identify each company's needs and design personalized action plans for implementing innovation management processes and tools, encouraging the use of ICT and the generation of creativity and innovation processes to boost their competitiveness, as well as to identify potential innovation projects and produce a specific innovation plan for each company.
CTIC carried out the Oviedo Center of Excellence in collaboration with the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI) and the Ayuntamiento de Oviedo.
