The project addressed the need of INICTEL-UNI, the National Institute for Telecommunications Research and Training of Peru's National University of Engineering, to expand and launch new technology advisory services within its Technology Extension and Transfer Center, building on an assessment that had already been prepared.
The objectives of the project were:
- To review and analyze the existing assessment of INICTEL-UNI's CET.
- To draw up a work plan, with a document repository and a dashboard.
- To design new advisory and support services in digital transformation, a demonstrator of innovative technologies, and a technology watch and information service.
- To design the methodology and develop the instruments needed to deliver these services.
The project was built around the following pillars:
- Assessment and planning: review of the prior assessment and preparation of the work plan.
- Service design: definition of three service lines, focused on digital transformation advisory, demonstration of innovative technologies, and technology watch.
- Methodology and instruments: design of the service delivery methodology and development of the necessary support instruments.
CTIC developed the project for the National University of Engineering (UNI) of Peru.
