The project's objectives were:

  • Design a technology extension training program for CITE staff.
  • Strengthen the technical capabilities and soft skills of the specialists in charge of providing technology services.
  • Address the technology gap-closing needs of the production sectors served by the CITE.

The project was structured around the following areas:

  • Design of the training program: definition of content and methodology in technology extension, aimed at strengthening the technical capabilities and soft skills of CITE staff who provide technology services to sectors such as metalworking, energy, materials, logistics, environment, and digitalization.

CTIC carried out the project for PRODUCE, as part of a program funded by the Inter-American Development Bank and the Government of Peru.
