CTIC transferred the "e-entrepreneur" methodology to Colombia, focused on learning the processes for adopting and improving the use of ICT in future companies, as part of an e-business incubator project.

The project responded to the need to equip future Colombian entrepreneurs with a specific methodology for adopting and improving the use of ICT in their businesses from the start.

The project's objectives were:

  • Transfer the "e-entrepreneur" methodology to the Caja de Compensación Familiar Comfama.
  • Launch an e-business incubator based on that methodology.

CTIC carried out the project for the Caja de Compensación Familiar Comfama.
