Estrategia de los Centros de Dinamización Tecnológica Local: Strategy to revitalize the Local Technology Promotion Centers of the Consorcio Asturiano de Servicios Tecnológicos

The project responded to the need to steer the activity of the CDTLs toward objectives aligned with supramunicipal information society policies, adapting them to the reality of each municipality.

The project was structured around the following areas:

• Preliminary analysis: understanding of the reality of the territory, of the CDTLs themselves, and of the strategic policies on the information society.
• Strategic model: definition of objectives and lines of action for each target group, with a service catalog, an action plan, collaborations with other regional players, a continuing training plan for CDTL staff, and a catalog of educational and outreach content.
• Impact measurement: definition of a model to measure the impact of CDTL activity on the territory, together with a theoretical model of alignment with strategic policies to support decision-making.

CTIC carried out the project for the Consorcio Asturiano de Servicios Tecnológicos.
