Fortalecimiento INICTEL-UNI: Strengthening of the Technology Services Unit of INICTEL-UNI in Peru

The project responded to the need to strengthen the Technology Services Unit of INICTEL-UNI, in order to reduce the technology gaps of sectors such as metalworking, energy, materials, logistics, environment, digitalization, and other auxiliary or complementary services, through advisory and technology services.

The project's objectives were:

• Design, plan, manage, and carry out the activities needed to develop the strategic plan of the CET of the Technology Services Unit of INICTEL-UNI.
• Contribute to closing technology gaps in the production sectors served by the Unit.

The project was structured around the following areas:

• Design of the strategic plan: definition of the roadmap for the CET of the Technology Services Unit of INICTEL-UNI, aimed at closing technology gaps in sectors such as metalworking, energy, materials, logistics, environment, and digitalization.

CTIC carried out the project for INICTEL-UNI, as part of a program funded by the Inter-American Development Bank and the Government of Peru.
