The project responded to AGESIC's need for its own model to monitor, measure, and evaluate the performance of Uruguay's digital government initiatives.
The project's objectives were:
- Design a monitoring, measurement, and evaluation model for Uruguayan digital government.
CTIC carried out the project for CPA Ferrere, on behalf of AGESIC.
