CTIC drew up the "Montaña Central Digital" strategic plan for the Consorcio para el Desarrollo de la Montaña Central de Asturias, with the strategy document and the associated action plan to promote the information society in the region.

The project responded to the Montaña Central region's need for its own roadmap to take advantage of the opportunities ICT offers for its economic and social development.

The project was structured around the following areas:

  • Strategy: drafting of the strategy document for the region's digital development.
  • Action plan: definition of the associated measures for putting it into practice.

CTIC carried out the project for the Consorcio para el Desarrollo de la Montaña Central de Asturias.
