Open Data Euskadi: Strategic and technical consulting for launching the Basque Government's open data initiative

Open Data Euskadi was the result of the Basque Government's commitment to making the public data in its possession available in a reusable form, so that third parties could create services derived from them. CTIC provided strategic and technical consulting for launching this initiative.

As a result of this work, the datasets made available were offered under open licenses that allowed their redistribution, reuse and use for commercial purposes.
