CTIC carried out a research project to measure the feasibility index for implementing Open Government Data in Ghana and Chile.

The project defined a set of indicators to measure a country's readiness and feasibility for the use of open data, based on interviews with various stakeholders in both countries, mainly public administration staff and researchers.

CTIC carried out the project for the World Wide Web Foundation.
