The INCIBE Program for Safe and Responsible Internet Use is a national initiative of the Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad (INCIBE) to promote the safe and responsible use of information technologies among teachers and minors, through training activities in schools across the country. CTIC designed, executed, and managed the program, which included 240 in-person sessions with the participation of nearly 4,000 educators and more than 13,000 students and family members.

The aim of the program was to promote the safe and responsible use of information technologies among teachers and minors through training activities in schools.

To launch it, CTIC carried out the following actions:

  • Development of teaching materials: teaching units, presentations, and guides for teachers.
  • Execution of 240 in-person sessions across the country, each consisting of a hands-on workshop for educators, attended by nearly 4,000 people, and an awareness session for students or families, attended by more than 13,000 people.
  • Comprehensive management of the program: generating and managing demand, coordinating the schedule, liaising with schools, managing logistics, and managing the evaluation and reporting of execution status.

CTIC designed, executed, and managed this program of the Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad de España (INCIBE), awarded under case file 092/15.
