The project responded to the need to strengthen the capabilities of the advisors who support businesswomen, women entrepreneurs, and SMEs in the region in incorporating ICT into their management.
The project was structured around the following areas:
- Training of trainers: ICT training for businesswomen and women entrepreneurs, aimed at business and ICT advisors from El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Panama, Guatemala, Belize, and the Dominican Republic.
- Training of specialists: in-person training of ICT advisors focused on applying ICT to business management processes.
- Collaborative network: deployment and initial facilitation of a networking platform for collaborative work among the region's ICT advisors.
CTIC carried out the project for the Organization of American States (OAS). As a result, more than 350 advisors from eight countries completed the training.
