The project designed an automated inspection system based on near-infrared (NIR) cameras, adaptable in real time to different types of fluids, for the analysis of food safety parameters in dairy products.

Food safety control in the dairy industry requires quickly and reliably analyzing products throughout the process.

The objectives of the project were:

  • To design an automated inspection system based on NIR cameras.
  • To adapt the system in real time to different types of fluids.

CTIC took part in the design of the system, contributing its experience in vision technologies.
