The project responded to the need to provide Central American micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, and the tourism sector in particular, with accessible training content within SIECA's knowledge management platform.
The project's objectives were:
- Develop training content for MSMEs and tourism within SIECA's knowledge management system.
- Create a training section integrated into the e-learning platform and the Central American Trade Network (RCAC).
CTIC carried out the project for the Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA).
