SIKAFAB redesigned the production process for large capital goods, introducing a new management system based on the Kanban methodology.

Manufacturing large capital goods requires coordinating long, complex processes, in which visual workflow management improves control and reduces lead times.

CTIC took part in redesigning the process and implementing the new management system.
