The main goal of BRAVE-WOW is to address gender-based violence and harassment at work, especially when it is hidden or not reported. The project will study the causes of this problem by collecting and analysing strong data. It will also promote long-term actions to help stop it.

BRAVE-WOW focuses on the health sector and will carry out research across the EU. It will also explore how artificial intelligence affects gender-based violence. The project will create a new framework based on the existing Decent Work model, with a gender perspective and special attention to vulnerable groups.

One of the key results will be a new questionnaire on gender-based violence at work (GBVW_Q). This will be used together with the Decent Work Questionnaire (DWQ) in healthcare settings.
