Mr. Alejandro Blanco Urizar
General Manager of Seresco S.A.

Graduate in Business Administration and Management, Diploma in Business Sciences and Master in Ergonomics and Psychosociology from the University of Oviedo, PADE from INDEA-FADE and training in HR Management, Leadership, Strategy and Innovation from entities and business schools such as HayGroup or the IE, among others.

He began his professional career as a consultant for ERP and CRM systems for Seresco, JDEdwards and Microsoft Axapta, taking on the Training Directorate first and Digital Transformation Services later, at Seresco S.A.

He has been Director of Training and HR in the Asturian Federation of Entrepreneurs, Councilor in the Social Council of the University of Oviedo and the Economic Commission, Member of the Territorial Executive Commission of the State Public Employment Service and of the Governing Council of the Public Employment Services of Asturias, Councilor of the General Council of Vocational Training of Asturias and its Integrated Vocational Training Centers, Councilor of the Economic and Social Council of Asturias, Member of the Commission of the European Social Fund in Asturias, Member of the Commission of Education and Management of the Knowledge and the Training, Social Security, Occupational Risk Prevention and Mutual Commission of CEOE, among others.

He has recently been President of the Alliance for the Development of Digital Talent in Spain and the Digital Talent Commission of AMETIC, as well as a Member of the Sectoral Joint Structure of Digital Economy and Industry of FUNDAE.

He is currently a Member of the Board of Directors of the Advanced Manufacturing Cluster of Asturias (Metaindustry4), coordinator of its Talent and Organizational Development Commission, Member of the Board of Directors of AMETIC and member of its Industry 4.0 Commission where he leads the Group of Industrial Decarbonization, Member of the Board of Directors of FADE and Member of the Plenary Session of the Chamber of Commerce of Oviedo, among others, representing Seresco.
