Chus Garcia has over 10 years of experience in analysis and development projects. He is the W3C standards Area coordinator and the W3C Spanish office coordinator.

In 1997 he joined the Fondo Formación, where he worked as head of the web development area. In 2003 he joined the FICYT (Foundation for Research into Applied science and Technology) in charge of the Web Technology area. He designed and developed the first version of TAW and has coordinated the team project since 2000.
